Basic Wheel with Carol Price

Students will learn basic wheel skills while making lots of funny mistakes and big messes, there's no way around it. So come make bowls, cups, and vases, from start to finish, and don't forget to bring a sense of humor. It's just mud, which, through a bit of alchemy you will turn into something useful, cute, beautiful, or hilarious. So fun!

Skill Level:	Beginner
Skill Details:	This class is for students who are new to the wheel or have not worked on the wheel in a long time.
Materials Included:	Clay must be purchased form our shop, but you are welcome to bring your own tools or buy them in our shop
Instructor:	Carol Price
Instructor Bio:	Carol started working with clay at City Clay in 2017. She's been taking classes and developing ever since, having learned throwing and hand building skills with Randy Bill, Becky Garrity, Judd Jarvis, and Steve Palmer. She's excited to share her excitement about the discovery process, the endless opportunities for creativity, and the wonderful community at City Clay.

This class includes open studio time during business and class hours with some limitations based on availability of wheels
