CLOSED—Fall 2019—Basic Wheel, Steve Palmer Mondays 6:30-9:00, 8 weeks
This class is full. If you would like to be placed on a waitlist in case someone drops out, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Basic Wheel classes are for absolute beginners and those who want a refresher. Students will learn basic wheel skills while making lots of funny mistakes and big messes—there’s no way around it. So come make bowls, cups, and vases, from start to finish, and don’t forget to bring a sense of humor. Its just mud, which, through a bit of alchemy you will turn into something useful, cute, beautiful, or hilarious. So fun!
Students will need some supplies for this class. Beginning students should buy the 630 White Stoneware the first day of class, others may choose from the other options from the shop. New students may use our studio tools or buy the beginner kit, also in the shop. Only need a few tools? Check out our shop when you come to class.
